Kasper has a background as a physiotherapist with a master degree in osteopathy and owns a thriving clinic in Copenhagen. Having spent years in traditional sport before entering esport, he has valuable experience when it comes to team culture and development of both the team and the individuals within it.
Straube has been around for years and has been a key part in manifesting his teams as top contenders at every tournament, they attend. He has established and effectuated multiple processes enforcing and supporting the performance. He has the right mindset and experience for any team, and he is not afraid to challenge the established meta. When transitioning from traditional sport to Esport he has proven to adapt fast to any scenario. Now being an established part of the scene he is not only challenging the players, but also the coaches where he sees huge potential when it comes to development in not only the coaches, but the whole way Counter-Strike and Esport is approached from a training standpoint.
